Samsung Galaxy A5 (2018) confirmed to feature Infinity Display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio
Several weeks ago, there was a report that upcoming Galaxy A (2018) devices will feature an Infinity Display. Evidence has now confirmed online that the Galaxy A5 (2018) Infinity Display have an 18.5:9 aspect ratio like the Samsung Galaxy S8.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 was the first Samsung device with an Infinity Display. If the Galaxy A5 (2018) is getting this Infinity Display feature then you can assume that it will surely come for Galaxy A7 (2018) as well.
Galaxy A5 (2018) Infinity Display:
According to report, the Galaxy A5(2018) will have an Infinity Display but it will not in curved shape. It will be similar to the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active.
The international unlocked version of Galaxy A5 has a model number SM-A530F which has been surfaced on the HTML5 for the Website Test.
As per the report, this device is being tested with Android 7.1.1 Nougat onboard. The Galaxy A (2018) series will come with Android Nougat, as mention in the report by Samsung India.
The display resolution is 846 x 412-pixel as mentioned in the listing which is inaccurate but, it is confirming that there will be 18.5:9 aspect ratio.
As Samsung is confirming that the Galaxy A5 (2018) is going to get a feature of Infinity Display. So, there will be no Home button on the front of the devices. They will relocate the fingerprint sensor to the back of the devices, just below the camera.
Samsung has not yet confirmed this feature officially for the devices. The Galaxy A (2018) series is expected to be launched early next year.
