Realme XT launched in India Starting From Rs. 15,999

Realme XT launch event started by Madhav Sheth, CEO of India’s Company. The launch event was about Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro sales, and it was also confirmed that the company has sold over 1.2 lakh of Realme 5 devices. Even 1.3 lakh of Realme 5 Pro devices where are sold, and it is also confirmed that Realme is currently in the second position for being the online brand in the country. Apart from that, the offline cell of those devices was also increased by 300% in the second quarter of 2019. 


As a conclusion, Realme now currently has more than 10 billion users in India, and it is continuously increasing its user base. Later on, he announced the launch of Realme XT, this is going to be the first smartphone to have 64-megapixel primary camera.

Realme XT Features

This device will be having all new ID design with hyperbolic light effect. The device will be available in two different colors such as pearl blue and pearl white. The device is having 6.4 inches full HD+ super AMOLED display, and it will also be having Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on both front and backside. 

The device will be using Samsung ISOCELL GW1 sensor with the primary camera with f/1.8 aperture. Rest of the cameras available in the devices are 8-megapixel wide-angle camera f/2.25), 2-megapixel macro camera f/2.4 and 2-megapixel depth sensor f/2.4. The device will also be having a 16-megapixel front camera with waterdrop style notch, along with Sony IMX471 sensor and f/2.0 aperture. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 SoC, along with in-display fingerprint sensor. 

The device will be having 128 GB of internal storage paired with 8GB of RAM. The device will also have 4,000 mAh battery with 20W VOOC fast charging support. Device is running on Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6 on top of it, also it is confirmed that the device will have Dolby Atmos support.


Realme has also announced that Realme XT will go on sale in India starting September 16. The starting price of the Realme XT will be Rs. 15,999 and it will go up to Rs. 18,999. Realme has also launched its first power bank and Realme Buds Wireless in India.
