Realme Phones to Get System-Wide Dark Mode

The System-wide Dark Mode or the Dark Theme has become a new trend for every smartphone and every app. It seems like every smartphone and every application is working to bring the dark mode in their user interface. Realme mobile has now confirmed that it is working on a system-wide dark mode feature for its phones, and will roll it out in a future OTA update. In an episode of #AskMadhav, CEO Madhav Sheth also confirmed that an upcoming Realme phone will bring the best camera experience, and there will also be a comeback of the Classic Red color option seen with the Realme 1 Diamond Red design.

System-Wide Dark Mode in Realme 2 Pro

In the latest episode of #AskMadhav, Madhav Sheth spoke on various rumors related to Realme and he assured that the company is working a new system-wide dark mode. It is looking to bring this feature to all existing Realme phones and will roll it out soon. He didn’t reveal the exact date and time of rolling out the new update but he confirmed that the new update will soon available to all the Realme users. Revealing more about Realme, Sheth said that the Time Stamps will be introduced to the Camera app in the later part of Q3 2019. He also confirmed that the future Redmi smartphone will bring back the classic Diamond Red color finish seen on the Realme 1 phone.

Sheth said, “Be it your 48 MP Camera, 64 MP camera, triple camera or quad camera, Realme stands as a challenger and a dare to leap brand. We will always bring surprises one by one, out of our yellow boxes for sure. I can’t tell you the exact specs of our next products but what I can guarantee you is, the best camera experience in the smartphone is on your way.”


Currently, company’s main focus is to launch Realme X in India very soon. Realme X is available in China and it is hit product over there. The company has started teasing the product in India and it will be soon available in India as well.
