Earlier in February at MWC 2018, Qualcomm has announced new Snapdragon 700 Mobile Platform series. Now Qualcomm has launched Snapdragon 710 SoC which is the first chipset from 700 series. Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor is launched for Mid-range smartphone which is more powerful than Snapdragon 660 SoC.
The new Snapdragon 710 Soc offer best features and performance which are available on Snapdragon 800 series. As per the report, Xiaomi may include the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor in two of its upcoming smartphones. The latest Snapdragon 710 processor is built on a 10nm process which features a multi-core AI Engine and capabilities of neural network processing. For running AI application on you mid-range smartphone Qualcomm includes Adreno Visual Processing subsystem, Qualcomm Hexagon DSP, Kryo CPU and more.

However, Snapdragon 710 SoC features a new Snapdragon X15 LTE modem which supports up to 800Mbps download speed. Qualcomm says it includes 4×4 MIMO technology that is require for faster download speed in a weak network. Also, the latest processor offers a support for Bluetooth 5.0, new Wi-Fi features, Qualcomm TrueWireless Stereo Plus along with Qualcomm Broadcast Audio.
Talking about the display, it supports for 4K HDR playback which will use for viewing HDR videos and apps. Along with HDR support, the processor also comes with more brightness option, wider color gamut, and color depth.
