Xiaomi has recently revealed that it has sold over 13 million devices in India which includes smart TV’s, power banks, and smartphones. Last year, Xiaomi recorded 12 million sales which had 8.5 million smartphones during festive seasons. It recorded a growth of around 8% from last year overall.
Xiaomi in a statement said that MI India saw a great demand in ecosystem products which resulted in a sale of over 4 million devices that includes TV, Streaming devices, trimmers, smart bands, audio products, power banks etc. MI Watch Revolve and MI smart speaker were some of the favourite products of the consumers. Top Streaming devices also came from the family of MI on e-commerce platforms like Flipkart and Amazon. MI box 4k an MI TV stick were the top-selling streaming devices.
The company introduced a wide range of products and combined it with exciting offers, said by Chief Business Officer of MI India Raghu Reddy. They also offered a smart upgrade to meet customers requirements and make it easy for purchase. He also said that they are looking for high demand in the fourth quarter and looking to end the year with a high number of sales. “We are thrilled to share that Mi India registered its highest-ever sales during this festive season with 13 million devices across smartphones and other product categories.”
MI is one of the fastest-growing brands all over the world and is one of the brands that provide devices at an affordable price. This has generated a growing demand from the first time users as well as the existing users. MI touched the milestone of selling 10 million power banks that were made in India.
