Chinese Smartphone company Oppo has announced the launch of a new smartphone under its sub-brand Realme. On 15th May, Oppo will launch Realme 1 smartphone which is the first smartphone of its sub-brand Realme. The Realme 1 smartphone features a diamond-shaped glass back.
The Realme 1 will be a budget smartphone which can compete with Moto G5S Plus, Nokia 6 (2018), Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and more. As there are no official words on pricing from the company. As per the report, the price of Realme 1 will be around Rs. 15,000. Also, the Realme 1 smartphone will be exclusively available via Amazon India.
According to a report from 91Mobiles, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio P60 octa-core processor which is coupled with 6GB of RAM. The Realme 1 will be AI focused smartphone, as the phone uses Helio P60 processor which carries multi-core AI processing units. The leaks also suggest that the company will launch 4GB RAM variant of Realme 1 smartphone.
Realme 1 is also featured on AnTuTu and GeekBench websites. The 6GB of RAM variant is managed to obtain a score of 139,432 on AnTuTu website. Whereas on GeekBench website, the phone score 5,871 in multi-core test and 1,542 in single core test.
As per the leaks, the phone sports a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio. Like other smartphones in a market, the realme 1 will also feature a notch on its top. Moving towards its camera, it has a single 16MP rear camera with LED flash. On the front, the phone has an 8MP camera which is equipped with AI technology that enhances your selfie.
Moreover, the realme 1 smartphone 3400mAh battery which can last for a day in one single charge. Similar to Oppo F7, the phone shipped with latest Android 8.1 Oreo which is based on ColorOS 5.0. Like other smartphones, the realme 1 will support for Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/n/g/ac dual-band, Bluetooth 4.2 Low Energy, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, and 4G VoLTE. Feel free to comment down below.
