New Asus ROG Phone Surfaced on Geekbench with SD 888

It appears that new Asus ROG Phone 4 will be powered by Snapdragon 888 that was recently launched in the Qualcomm’s Tech Summit. Almost all smartphone manufacturers have been teasing the arrival of their new flagship phones that will be powered by the most powerful processor Qualcomm has to offer. We have spotted the new Asus phone in the database of Geekbench which shows that it will be running Snapdragon 888 SoC. This device could be the upcoming Asus ROG Phone 4.

Alleged Asus ROG Phone 4 shows up on the listing of Geekbench as Asus_I005DA which scored 1081 points in the single-core test and 3584 points in the multi-core test. The listing confirms that the smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 888 which is codenamed “Lahaina“.

It also shows that the phone will be running on Android 11 out of the box. Also, the phone will come with 8 GB of RAM which is quite common these days for a flagship device. However, there is no official announcement from the company regarding the smartphone so we advise our readers to just speculate this information. For all we know, this could also be Asus Zenfone 8 series of smartphone.
