Instagram’s New Feature Lets You Restore Deleted Posts

So in the new update from Instagram we have seen that people will be able to restore deleted posts, stories, videos, IGTV, reels from your Instagram account easily. This step is taken by Instagram after it received a lot of request from the users and now users can review the content and restore the deleted content in Instagram application.

We know hackers sometimes delete content when they gain access to an account, and until now people had no way of easily getting their photos and videos back. Starting today, we will ask people to first verify that they are the rightful account holders when permanently deleting or restoring content from Recently Deleted.

Previous year it also came with disappearing messages for Instagram, also known as Vanish Mode which you can enable just by swiping up on the chat that you want to enable this mode. The deleted content will be available to restore for 30 days except for stories which will be available for 24 hours to restore it. You can access the deleted content during the 30 days and after that, the content will be deleted permanently.

How to Recover Deleted Instagram Posts

Follow these easy steps so that you can understand how to recover deleted photos from Instagram.

1. Open Instagram Application on your Android device.

From your app drawer, open the application.

2. Head over to your profile

You can find this option on the bottom right corner.

3. Open Settings menu to recover deleted posts from Instagram

From menu like option tap on it and you will find settings option.

4. Select Account from the menu

You will find this option in the settings.

5. Select Recently Deleted to recover deleted Instagram posts

In this option you will find an option to recover deleted posts from Instagram. It can be a post, story, IGTV, Reel, video which will be available for 30 days except story which will be available for only 24 hours.
