It is the fifth year in a row that Google is organizing the I/O developer conference at the Shoreline Amphitheatre. It is very close to the headquarters of the company. At the venue, Google erects large air-conditioned tents in the surrounding parking lots, as well as other installations, demos, and relaxation areas.

As Pixel 3A and 3A XL were the biggest news of Google I/O 2019, similarly the biggest thing expected from this year’s developer conference is Google Pixel 4A. The rumors are already out and swirling in full flow in the market. Another thing expected from the Google I/O 2020 conference is the upcoming Android version. If Google follows its tradition, we might see the launch of Android 11 which is codenamed Android R until its official launch.

Apart from the things mentioned above, Google is also expected to unveil new Nest connected devices as well as updates to its Nest Hub family. Google services such as Chrome, Maps, Search, and YouTube could also get some new updates.

The dates for the event are out, all that is left is pricing and ticketing. The interested attendees will have a time of about a week to file an application so there won’t be any chaos for the registration. This process is expected to kick off sometime next month.
