Google Pixel 2 & Google Pixel 2 XL
The Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL having featured a screen and display just like the one on Galaxy Note 8 with Almost Zero Bezels, If not being compared with iPhone X. It also does not have the headphone jack on both the Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 2 XL.This phone also carries the design from HTC. The Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL comes with 4 GB of RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Processor with 5 inches 1080p OLED and 6 inches QHD OLED Display.Both the phones have the dual front-facing speakers.
The Phones comes with the latest Android Oreo out of the Box, But the real difference is it will have the new Bug Fixes and latest Security Updates with Augmented Reality Support which Google Unveiled in the Event. The Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL also scored 98 on the DxOMark Camera test which is the highest till now and it even exceeded the Galaxy Note 8 and Apple iPhone 8. It uses Both Optical Image Stabilization and Electronic Image Stabilization in the camera.Pixel 2 comes in three colours they are Just Black, Kinda Blue, and Clearly White. Meanwhile, The Pixel 2 XL comes with the black or a white black colour option.
Google Home Max & Mini
Google home mini is a small device which was unveiled in the keynote which basically has the Google assistant and controls various activities which also comes in three different colours they are coral, chalk, and charcoal. It will Sell for $49.
Google Home Max is another device which was unveiled in the Google event yesterday which is mainly for People who stream Google play Music all the time on their phones. Google Home Max also has a new feature called as Smart Sound which enhances the music you would listen to. It comes with Google Assistant inbuilt for voice commands. Google Home Max will be sold for $399 with chalk and charcoal colour.
Google Pixelbook is the new device which will directly Compete with Apple iPads and Microsoft Surface books which will also run on the Google’s Chrome OS. Oh, wait I know, What you’re thinking of! Running Android on this Tablet would be a Bad Option because Google’s Chrome OS already supports Android Apps which was a part of a Software update to many Chromebooks.This is a Successor to the Chromebook Pixel but this time it will also have a Pressure sensitive Display and a stylus similar to Apple Pencil which is being made by Wacom. It will also have the Google assistant with which you could ask the assistant to do things for you.
It has a 12.3 inch Screen with Quad HD Resolution running Core i5 and Core i7 processor with up to 16 GB of RAM. It has 512 GB of SSD and now you can finally call Chrome Books as Monster. It uses USB Type C for charging the whole Pixel Book.
Pixel Book starts at 999$ with Configurations to choose from and 99$ for the Wacom Pencil which is being called as Pixel Pencil.
Google VR and AR
Google is the first company to unveil the Virtual reality to the audiences years before, It even launched previously Google Cardboard and Google Daydream Viewer VR Headset. Now that Apple has Announced its Augmented reality Apple ARkit and Already many Games and Apps on the Apple App Store supports the Augmented reality. It looked stunning and shocking when we were loading games on our iPhone 7.
Google Announced its AR Stickers app which is in the preview for both Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL.Google also promised that it will bring augmented reality to most of the phones which will have Android Nougat.It says the new Hardware found inside Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will strongly make use of the Augmented Reality and push it to the limits of 60 FPS.
Google’s ARCore is a Platform for developers to build Augmented reality apps on Android.But right now only Limited phones even on the supported list like the Google Pixel, Google Pixel XL, Google Pixel 2, Google Pixel 2 XL and Galaxy S8
Google on its Official Blog lists certain rules and conditions which the Augmented reality has to satisfy for a Good experience.
