Design and Renders of the Upcoming OnePlus 9 Pro Revealed

Three months from now, we will be able to see the official launch event of OnePlus where it will be launching three new smartphones as the rumours suggest, Oneplus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro, and Oneplus Nord SE. Recently OnePlus 9 appeared on the Geekbench, a popular benchmarking platform with Snapdragon 875 and 8 GB RAM. If the company has decided to go ahead with the launch of the upcoming smartphone OnePlus 9, then it should be in the production phase as of now and engineers need to decide on the design and hardware of the premium phone. We have some renders that are leaked by one of the popular tipsters Steve Hemmerstoffer who also goes by Onleaks.

Design of OnePlus 9 Pro

The smartphone looks similar to the design that we have seen in OnePlus 8T, it is ordinary but goes with this trend that new smartphones have set. The renders reveal that the main difference will be seen on the main camera. It is known that there will be four cameras on the back out of with two will be small and a single front-facing camera unlike what we have seen in OnePlus Nord which came with the dual front camera.

Volume rockers, USB Type C port, speaker grill, and slider for switching modes seems to be in the same spot as usual. It is also known that the smartphone will receive 6.55-inch AMOLED display that is curved along the edges. We can see a punch-hole camera in the upper left corner of the display panel.

We can also expect that the OnePlus 9 will sport a screen with a refresh rate of at least 120 Hz. Also, it will be powered by the most powerful SD chip Snapdragon 875. It will also support 65W fast charging or as the OnePlus say Warp charge and support for wireless charging.
